I am an ISO consultant and corporate trainer with over 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Information Security, and compliance systems.

Throughout my career, I have worked across multiple industries, supporting organizations in implementing ISO standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System), and MS 1900 (Shariah-Based Quality Management System) in a practical and results-driven manner.

My experience spans a wide range of industries including government agencies, F&B, Takaful and Insurance, airport operations, parking management, and retail and trading businesses. This breadth of exposure enables me to understand operational challenges across different sectors and design ISO systems that are practical, relevant, and aligned with real business needs.

As a certified Lead Auditor and a former Quality Assurance and Construction Manager at KLIA Airport, as well as a former SIRIM auditor, I bring both regulatory insight and real-world operational experience. I understand not only the requirements of ISO standards, but also what auditors truly look for — enabling businesses to achieve certification faster, with less confusion and minimal disruption to operations.
